Michael's knowledge of the Camp Hill market and his connections within the community are superior. He got us in to see several houses either before they were listed or as soon as the listing hit the market. He was dedicated and driven as our Realtor, and he delivered on finding us a home within our very specific parameters -- even in this competitive market. I'd recommend to anyone.

Mike is great at what he does and goes above and beyond for his clients. He predicted what our purchase price would be within $1,000 (among six or seven competing offers), and was spot-on with our sale price as well.Mike helped close our purchase by treating the sellers with more respect than other agents who presented offers. The sellers told us multiple times that Mike's personal presentation was what led them to choose our offer over other equal or higher priced offers.

Toward the beginning of the year my wife and I were considering selling our own home. We thought it would be super easy; however, we had our reservations. While meeting with Mike we were impressed by his knowledge and experience in both the buying and selling process in our area. His use of social media and targeted marketing really sealed the deal for us to work with him. And we a very glad we did not even bother trying to sell our own home. Mike made the entire process so easy that we confidently not only sold our home but bought our new home at the same time! First, my husband & I tried to sell our home on our own, but, to no avail. When we put our sign in the front yard, Mike was on our porch within the first hour. Talked to us, took a tour of our home and told us what he could do for us. We thanked him. During the 6 month period of trying to sell it ourselves, we had 13 realtors at our door. When it came time to turn it over to a realtor, my husband and I had to make a huge decision. Our son knew Mike and also recommended him. Being from Camp Hill and still a boro resident we chose Mike. Mike came to our home, told us what he would do for us, explained possible setbacks we could experience, etc. we signed a contract with him. Being a multi-unit, he explained it may be a hard sell and make take a while; among the positives also, we knew up front what we could expect. Mike worked very diligently to help us get a buyer, was there for us when we had questions (which was often, poor Mike) and within 34 days he had a buyer. We were so excited! This was our first time selling a house. Mike walked us thru all the steps we would take until settlement and never left us down. We were moving 125 miles out of the area, our new home was ready to move-in the beginning of April and settlement was the end of April; perfect timing. Cannot say enough good things about Mike and then presented us with a beautiful painting of our home in Camp Hill to keep the memory of that home that we lived in for 43 yrs., raised 2 children and retired. Thank you Mike!Emotionally draining to us with the walk throughs, inspections and appraisal, but, Mike got us through it. It was emotional just selling our home, it's the only place we lived our married life and was difficult to say goodbye to Camp Hill and our home.

We met with Mike prior to the COVID-19 shutdowns you work on a sales strategy. Our sale took a necessary backseat during the height of the pandemic because of restrictions.
